Men vad handlar hypen exakt om?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad \u00e4r Keto-dieten?<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8216;Keto&#8217; st\u00e5r f\u00f6r ketogen diet, en extrem form av l\u00e5gkolhydratkost. I korthet inneb\u00e4r det att du \u00e4ter stora m\u00e4ngder fett, en m\u00e5ttlig m\u00e4ngd protein och mycket lite kolhydrater. Men det handlar absolut inte om att &#8220;\u00e4ta hur mycket som helst&#8221;. Idealt sett b\u00f6r du f\u00e5 cirka 70 till 80 procent av dina dagliga kalorier fr\u00e5n fett, cirka 10 till 20 procent fr\u00e5n protein och cirka 5 till 10 procent fr\u00e5n kolhydrater [i].   <\/p>\n\n<p>Fett inneh\u00e5ller fler kalorier per gram \u00e4n kolhydrater och proteiner. N\u00e4r du \u00e4ter fler kalorier \u00e4n din kropp beh\u00f6ver kan det slutligen leda till vikt\u00f6kning. Men det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att g\u00e5 ner i vikt med en fettfokuserad diet, s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge du noggrant f\u00f6ljer programmet. Till att b\u00f6rja med g\u00e5r du ner i vikt eftersom din kropp f\u00f6rlorar v\u00e4tska som svar p\u00e5 den <strong>kraftigt minskade kolhydratintaget.<\/strong> Genom att du m\u00e5ste utesluta m\u00e5nga livsmedel fr\u00e5n din normala kost (i det h\u00e4r fallet kolhydrater) kan du ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ta mindre, vilket leder till ytterligare viktminskning.    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"518\" src=\"https:\/\/ketoplus.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/food1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/frankandfrey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/food1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/frankandfrey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/food1-510x377.jpg 510w, https:\/\/frankandfrey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/food1-541x400.jpg 541w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Det finns viss bevisning f\u00f6r att man kan f\u00f6rlora fett om en stor del av ens kalorier kommer fr\u00e5n fett. Det fungerar p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande s\u00e4tt: Cellerna i kroppen f\u00e5r normalt sett sin energi fr\u00e4mst fr\u00e5n glukos (socker som kommer fr\u00e5n de kolhydrater man konsumerar)[iii]..[ii]  Als je een dieet volgt met heel weinig koolhydraten en veel vetten, gaat je lichaam in plaats van suikerverbranding over op vetverbranding.
